Booking Terms and Conditions

Appointments are secured with a deposit. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and must be paid no later than 48 hours from your appointment confirmation. Appointments will not be secured until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment. By making a booking with Indulgentia, you agree to attend your appointment on time and understand that late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or, in some cases, cancellation of the appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date or refunded where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change; however, due to the nature of our services, we operate a strict cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment (one time only).
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 50% of the deposit being retained to cover costs and loss of earnings.
  • Same-day cancellations or failure to attend (no-shows) will result in the full deposit being retained by Indulgentia.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
